“FlexSource” technology allows the MTD Level 3 DC fast chargers to be configured to use various energy sources, i.e., hydrogen (H2), green grid energy, hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO), and/or solar, as well as non-renewable sources. We recognize that the use of varied renewable energy sources balances the need for raw materials, spreads patronage among different suppliers and vendors, and adapts to regional resource availability.
Level 3: 180 KW ultra-fast chargers designed for users “on the go.”. The average charge time for the 100-mile range is approximately 15 minutes.
Level 2: 22 KW chargers are ideal for the workplace, apartments and condos, public access, and residential use. The average charge time for the 100-mile range is approximately 2.5 hours.
Level 1–7 KW chargers are ideal for commercial builders & developers. The average charge time for the 100-mile range is approximately 10 hours.
